RHYTHM is like rhyme

Definition:

The sounds of beat in a rhyming poem, it follows the pattern of the stressed and unstressed syllables.

Example:

The wind in her hair
The chair that sat there
Eyes on eyes
Fire and lye
In the river sky

Why is it important in Language Arts?

Rhythm makes beat and creates a tune for a poem, which makes it so much more fun and interesting to read, rhythm also helps make the fun for children to learn poems.
